A Deep Dive into the Follicular Phase

The second phase of your cycle is the Follicular Phase. Always remember – working with your cycle is a journey.  There is no right or wrong way to feel in your cycle.  Here we give you some suggestions and ideas for working with your cycle during the menstrual phase.  You may find some of the work for you and others don’t.  The important thing is to tune in and learn what feels right for you!

This phase reminds us of inner spring. In this phase your body is preparing an egg for ovulation. In this phase you may feel an increase of energy and extroversion. You may feel more positive and joyful during this phase. This is a great time for external activities like meetings, networking, and job interviews.
